Admissions Procedures for AY 2025 - 2026

Kindly read and complete the Admission Procedures in 3 Stages - A, B & C >>

 

Stage A - APPLICATION FORM

 

1. Submit Online Application Form. Click here https://hindustanacademy.edu.in/site/registration

2. Pay Rs. 515 via the online payment gateway. After payment, you will receive a receipt in your email. 

3. The Admissions Dept. will contact you by email/phone and share all details (Brochure, Fee Structure, etc) of the Course you are applying for.  

 

Stage B - PROVISIONAL ADMISSION

 

4. Pay the Registration Fee as mentioned in the Fee Structure. This amount will be discounted from the fees payable in the 1st Semester.

5. Send by Email the following documents to the Admissions Dept.

a. Transaction Receipt with UTR details of the Registration Fee paid via any online payment method.

b. A copy of the 10th Std pass certificate and mark sheets. The scanned copy of this document must be in colour with all 4 edges visible. This is not compulsory if you are applying for any Diploma course.

c. A copy of any Identity Card* of the Parent/s or accompanying Guardian.

d. A copy of any Identity Card* of the Student.

*Any One of the following Identity Cards only is required - Aadhar card, Passport, Driving License, Voters ID. Front and Reverse side with the address of the ID is required. 

6. The Admissions Dept. will scrutinise all documents and issue a "Provisional Admission Letter". 

7. If you have received your 10th/12th Std or Diploma (Polytechnic) results you can skip to Stage C. 

 

Stage C - CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION

 

8. Send us your Board results as seen Online or if you have received your mark sheets*, bring them to the campus with you or share a copy of all mark sheets by email and pay the necessary Fees applicable for the 1st Semester. (*10th only or 10th & 12th pass certificate & mark sheets to be submitted as per the eligibility requirement of the course you are applying for.)

9. The Admissions Dept. will scrutinise all documents and issue a "Confirmation of Admission Letter".   

10. You will receive a confirmation by email and telephone call of the exact date your course will begin, tentatively in the 2nd week of July.

The Campus is open for a Visit on any working day between 9 am and 3 pm. It would be convenient to give you a tour of the facilities on the Campus if you book a prior appointment.
